The Address Sky View Towers is a complex by real estate developer EMAAR Properties. This 260m tall skyscraper hotel is set to become the emirate’s largest operators catering to the needs of short-stay guests who prefer fully serviced hotel apartments and hotel residences. Located in the bustling Downtown Dubai, this off-plan project was conceptualized by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the names linked with the architecture of Burj Khalifa.
The first tower is 61 storeys high, dedicated solely to serviced residential units and houses a spa. The second tower is slightly shorter at 56 storeys and houses 166 five-star hotel suites and serviced apartments. These two towers are linked at floor 51 by a three-level Sky Bridge. The Sky Bridge boasts an open leisure deck with a 70m long infinity pool, restaurant and bar options. There is an assortment of luxury duplex apartments above the Bridge Deck labelled as “Sky Collection” in the taller tower. The Sky Bridge also boasts a 200m high cantilever observation hall as a tourist attraction known as SkyWalk. It is accessible from both towers through panoramic shuttle elevators and offers 360-degree vistas of Downtown Dubai and panoramic views of the Gulf.
With a total of 531 apartment units in 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom configuration, The Address Sky View Towers will cater to tourists, business travellers, investors looking for a freehold property, as well as long-term residents. The 531 fully-furnished apartments are set to offer the warmth of home as well as the hospitality standards of a world-class hotel. The business hotel attached to the two towers will feature about 180 rooms and several meeting rooms and conference spaces. This complex will also feature Address’ signature restaurant called The Restaurant and a Brazilian-Lebanese fusion restaurant called Brazilbanese.
